An energy-efficient flow shop scheduling using hybrid Harris hawks optimization

The energy crisis has become an environmental problem, and this received much attention from researchers. manufacturing sector is the most significant contributor to consumption in world. One of efforts made industry reduce through proper scheduling. Energy-efficient scheduling (EES) a problem consumption. EES problems flow shop (FSSP). This article intends develop new approach solving FSSP problem. Hybrid Harris hawks optimization (hybrid HHO) algorithm offered resolve issue on by considering sequence-dependent setup. Swap flip procedures are suggested improve HHO performance. Furthermore, several were used as comparison assess hybrid Ten tests exercised exhibit accomplishment. Based numerical experimental results, can solve problems. was proven more competitive than other algorithms.
